Helio Resource Corp.: Trench and Rock Sampling Results Confirm the Presence of a Widespread Copper System at Leicester

 VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 27, 2005) - Helio Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:HRC) ("Helio" or the "Company") and Yale Resources Ltd. ("Yale") (TSX VENTURE:YLL) are pleased to announce the results from a recently completed bedrock sampling programme on the Leicester property's Rehderstal target, located in northwest Namibia some 400km northwest of the capital, Windhoek. The results relate to the sampling programme previously reported in the Company's press release dated August 31, 2005.

Significant intercepts on the main anomalies include the following:

- 13.5m grading 1% Cu on Anomaly A

- 10.6m grading 1.3% Cu on Anomaly E

- 10.2m grading 1.54% Cu on Anomaly G

Together, these three anomalies cover a strike length of approximately 8 km along the Rehderstal Fault. At Anomaly A, the easternmost of the anomalies, trenching has exposed copper oxide mineralization over a strike length of 400 metres and remains open to the east. Anomaly E is located 6 km to the west and Anomaly G is a further 2 km to the west. In addition to the copper values, a number of trenches contain relatively high-grade silver (up to over one ounce per tonne in individual 2m samples). One sample contained over 300ppm Cobalt.

The new Quest Target is located an additional 1.8 km west of Anomaly G. For reference, the locations of these anomalies, as well as Anomalies 80 and 99, are shown in relation to the IP response on the attached map.

In total, 323m of chip-channel sampling from trenches and outcrop was undertaken, comprising 180 samples including standards, blanks and duplicates. Most samples were two-metre long continuous chip samples from outcrop or old trenches. A number of other selected grab samples were also taken. The strike length covered by sampling on each anomaly was 300m at Anomaly A, 130m at Anomaly E, and 30m at Anomaly G.

Chris MacKenzie, M.Sc., C.Geol., Helio's Executive Chairman and a Qualified Person as designated by NI 43-101, supervised the sampling and quality control program for this sampling program and has reviewed the technical content of this news release. The samples were prepared at the Analytical Laboratories facility in Windhoek, Namibia and assayed by ALS Chemex in Johannesburg, South Africa.
